Jane Eyre

" In 1825, I was ten years old. My father and my mother were dead. I lived with my aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Reed. Their house was called Gateshead Hall." ( p. 8)

This story is about Jane's life, in which there are many obstacles such as her cruel and abusive Aunt Reed, the grim conditions at Lowood school, her love for Rochester, and Rochester's marriage to Bertha. Since many bad things happened to her one after another, I felt it took me a long time to finish this book.
