If you don't do this, you are headed for trouble.

"The name sets the individual apart; it makes him or her unique among all others. The information we are imparting or the request we are making takes on a special importance when we approach the situation with the name of the individual. From the waitress to the senior executive, the name will work magic as we deal with the others." (p.79)

This is simple and important thing but we never learn even in schools. I didn't think about names deeply. I thought that names are just name which we use when we call someone. However, in this section there are some stories of importance of names.

I will study abroad from August so I will try to remember friends names!
