An easy way to become a good conversationalist

"Few human beings," wrote Jack Woodford in Strangers in love, "few human beings are proof against the implied flattery of rapt attention."(p81)

      After all, being a good listener and encouraging others to talk about them selves is an easy way to become a good conversationalist. In this section, the author said even when he had a person who makes unreasonable complaints to his company, he listen earnest. He said this is the key of carry the conversation well. Some times it is hard to listen, for instance, when you are not interested in the topics. I thought I would like to be a good listener.
